Volvo XC60 Brake pads replacement - rear (all)

I am disappointed with the service I received today from the mechanic allocated through ClickMechanic, JKS Auto Works Ltd in Reading.
I booked a rear brake pad replacement, which I understood would be a relatively straightforward job expected to take around 1–2 hours. My car was collected at approximately 13:00–13:30 and was only returned after 19:00.
What concerns me most is that, through the Volvo app, I could see that my car had been driven to other locations around Reading while it was with the mechanic. I identified at least two locations that don't appear to be close to JKS Auto Works Ltd address.
I also filled the tank yesterday, and the amount of fuel used while the car was with the mechanic seems significantly more than I would expect for the journey from my home to the garage and back.
I have screenshots from the Volvo app showing the vehicle’s recorded locations.
I find this particularly disappointing as I entrusted my vehicle to the mechanic expecting it to be used only as necessary to carry out the booked work and safety checks. The significant amount of time the car was away, the additional journeys shown in the Volvo app and the apparent fuel usage have left me very unhappy with the experience.
Overall, this has not been the level of service or confidence I expected when booking through ClickMechanic.

Hi,
I am quite surprised with this feedback as we drove your vehicle straight to the workshop from your home.
The second journey that was done was test drive to make sure there is no unwanted noises after installing the brake pads.
Regarding the timing of the job - we finish work around 18:45-19:00 and your vehicle was dropped straight back after we have closed the workshop.
Regarding the fuel usage - we do not drive customer vehicles around apart from getting it to the workshop and getting it back to customer or test drives after the job is completed.
We are quite surprised with this sort of feedback.
