Thought it was a good job. Went to Dales about a week or so later and they had to refit the spring because your mechanic hadn't fitted it properly and repair other damage caused! Not impressed and will not be using your site again!

I'm very sorry to here that this happened and disappointed that this vehicle went to another garage. I would have resolved the issue or at least offered a solution to put it right if I had heard from you. If the fitting was at fault then I most certainly would have put it right if I was contacted.
