Can’t fault George and his colleague at all. Booked a coil spring replacement as seemed guaranteed one had snapped, inspected all coils and found no damage so cancelled the repair and only charged me for call-out despite issues with him getting the part all morning. Could have easily just replaced a coil and charged me and I’d have been non the wiser. Will use again.
