Shaun was absolutely fantastic! It's the second time I have booked Shaun... My engine management light came on again after a replacement of the EGR valve (which Shaun completed) , but it was a completely seperate issue and nothing to do with Shauns initial repair. Shaun was communicative, very knowledgeable and put me at ease regarding the safety of my car which is really important to me since I have two very young children.

Again, Shaun provided me with a lot of safety information, told me what to look out for because I was a bit worried about the turbo and notified me about some potential MOT failures. Something I really like about Shaun is that he is really happy to share his knowledge and not hold his cards to his chest, he's a diamond!

Shaun was informative and punctual.
Gave me good advice and did what he came to do efficiently.
Very happy with his work and will certainly be wanting him to come again, which I'm sure all customers say about clickmechanics when they've used them.
Definitely recommend them to my friends.

Shaun arrived right on time, he called me beforehand to make sure I was available and ready for his arrival. I handed him the keys to my car and I said I'd "just leave him to it." After about 15 mins I decided to go out and have a chat with Shaun about the repair, he was so polite and gave me so much information, he was incredibly knowledgeable I know this because I did my research beforehand 😅. Confirmed with my own eyes, Shaun provided a fully boxed new part (ECG valve). After Shaun did the initial repair, he also made some safety checks on my car because he became aware of some emissions coming from the engine and exhaust. He gave me a lot of safety advice as after seeing my children's car seats in the back, he wanted to make sure that I fully understood that I keep an eye on any smells. He checked my breaks, filled up my coolant and would have put in an engine cleaner (if my tank wasn't nearly empty😅).

I honestly think Shaun was wonderful, I will be booking him for all my future repairs.
