Vehicle was picked up but no communication until 15:09 to tell me that they could return the car but what had been done still hadn't fixed the issue and they now believed it was something else. They said they could do this other job and would return the car the following morning by 12:00. Having heard nothing further at 13:30 I ring to be told in a decidedly unfriendly manner that the work is complete but they haven't got a driver to return my car 'see you in couple of hours'. At 16:05 I receive a text that just says '9mins'. At about 16:20 there's a knock at the door and before I could answer it my keys are pushed through the letter box and the persons gone having left my car unlocked and a car part on my door step. Joseph was excellent. We spoke at length about the car over the phone. I found him extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Many thanks for saving me a 250 mile journey.

Joseph did a great job. Although the checks seemed comprehensive enough, he asked if there was anything specific I wanted him to pay closer attention to. There were a few things, which he made a note of.

After the inspection, Joseph phoned me and gave me a summary of his findings prior to emailing me the full report. He answered all the questions I had, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humour.

I've had an AA inspection for a different car. The report was more detailed, had pictures, but was £305. And that's a lot of money if you don't end up buying the car. The AA also weren't able to carry out the inspection as soon, and that delay could impact on the purchase. I therefore will definitely use ClickMechanic again and thoroughly recommend them. In the end the inspection was well worth it, and I knew exactly what I was getting into when buying the car so hopefully no nasty surprises.

Joseph was very amiable, and showed me a list of fault codes retrieved from the car. he did say though that he would ring me on the Sunday, after his inspection, to follow up the issue, which he didn't.
!!!!!!!!!I do still have the issue with the car so I really am none the wiser, and £45 lighter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS, GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

He was very informative, gave me regular updates, although he was unable to fix the car on the drive, he gave me a thorough run down of the problems he found.
