I have over 20 years of experience in the Mechanical Industry, progressing from apprentice mechanic to workshop manager and MOT tester.
My experience includes general mechanical repairs, servicing, fault diagnostics, vehicle inspection, Light commercial and 7.5ton vehicle repairs, Specialising in Clutch and Wet Belt repairs.
In Management roles i have been responsible for dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone, Invoicing, Billing, ordering and receiving of parts and supporting the day to day running of the workshop.
I have gained extensive hands on experience across a wide range of vehicles and have developed strong technical diagnostic knowledge, excellent customer service skills and workshop management skills throughout my career, Which is why I have decided to become self-employed so I can use my skills and experience to build and run my own successful business.
