Excellent service from the starting email request to the job being completed, Thank you!
Did not arrive, contacted them and came the following day poor service would not recommend
I have given high marks for quality on the basis that things continue as is i.e. the work was undertaken this am and so far the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and also because I was treated politely and courteously.
But the job was booked for between 8.00 and 10.00 this am at my home address and at about 9.00 I received a phone call from the garage informing me that they were unable to get a mechanic out to me and asked if there was anyway I could bring the car to them for the work.
As I wanted the job completed asap I said yes and I therefore undertook a round journey of approx 20 miles.
I arrived at the garage at approx 9.40 and was told that the required part was awaiting delivery and would arrive in about an hour so I waited and about an hour later the part arrived and was duly fitted which again took about an hour. So I was waiting at the garage for about 2 hours in total.
Upon completion I asked about a discount due to them being unable to comply with the job as arranged but was told (after having looked at the quote) that to offer me any discount would mean that they would lose money on the deal. I therefore thanked them and left.
My view (especially as they did not have the required part in stock upon my arrival) is that they probably were never going to be able to undertake the job as agreed and that they were always likely to ask me to attend for the repair. In summary the job has been completed, at the price to which I agreed, but was not undertaken in the manner upon which the garage submitted their quote.

Wessex Motors were excellent: friendly, stayed in touch, and completed the work quickly. Really happy, will use them again.
John from wessex motors was supplied with wrong belt from previous mechanic but carried out fitting a new tensioner and sourcing a new belt .work all done motor fixed cheers John
Confusion over the original date that I booked where garage confirmed ClickMechanic's date, then on the day didn't turn up! Had to rearrange for the following week, causing me to change my itinerary. Otherwise, no problems, member of staff who collected and returned the car very pleasant. Will still recommend clickMechanic to friends.

Slight problem with communication between clickmechanic and Wessex Motors. They didn’t receive the job but thankfully I had all the contact details supplied by Clickmechanic. Once I contacted Wessex Motors they came straight round. Wessex Motors have been great. They did a full diagnostic on our Hyundai Tuscon and kept us fully updated. We will be using them again and they are very professional, relaible and we trust them.
