Greg was very friendly and helpful. All questions were answered politely and informatively. Greg kept me updated on the delay regarding completing the repair so I was always aware of the timescales involved. Only downside was that the repair cost £58 more than the original quote. This is a considerable difference. I understood that the price could vary, however more needs to be done to mitigate this amount of price differential in future to build more trust in the prices quoted.

Yes happy with the work the mechanic knew exactly what the problem was dealt with it quickly however I would only use click mechanics in an emergency as I found it really expensive

Greg was great arrived already knew exactly what he needed to do crack on fitted my belts no issue at all, thankyou very much would definitely recommend

Greg wasn't able to make the booked slot of 14:00 - 16:00. However, I cannot fault his communication. He confirmed he was running late and did arrive within the reorganised slot. Throughout the work he carried out he was communicative and informative. The work appears to be carried out to a high standard and I hope I this is now all resolved.

I booked for a replacement water pump as the car was loosing coolant. Greg identified that this was not the problem replaced the real defective part. Would definitely recommend Greg and would use again.
