Well I've never used a service like this before and I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did he go above and beyond when faced with a very irritating unexpected challenge with my wheel he kept going until the mystery was solved. A damn stone stuck in my brake discs (I kept as a souvenir) considering it was pretty late at night it was a great service received and much better than going to a garage. 10/10 will use him again! Extremely knowledgeable and persistent!

Paul is a true professional and very clued up with his professional, he arrived promptly at the time he said he would, confirmed the issue with my vehicle and promptly went to work on replacing my glow plugs, bar the pressure sensing glow plugs, which he advised qas not amongst the set of glow plugs that he had. However, he returned the following day and completed the job satisfactorily, again running another diagnostic check to ensure that my car is running and behaving as expected.
Throughout his process of fixing g my vehicle, he carefully explained what he was doing and the importance of paying attention to any anomaly that my car's OBD displays and in particular if I notice any irregularities with the performance of my vehicle.

Paul was brilliant, methodically and did only the work required. I had diagnosed the brake fault has being the front pads but after a quick inspection Paul said it was the rear pads, he then got the right spares. After changing the rear pads and discs he also did a proper check of the front pads.

Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help with my issue. Easy recommendation.
