Dont know didnt meet him.had to take my car to there garage as there was nobody there to collect it .had to get taxi home was told the price of taxi would be taken off bill but was not .on the plus side i was happy will the work done and the price was good

Thanks for your feedback all payments are handled directly by click mechanic team , we have not received any payment so we could offer a £7 refund on your taxi .

Also I have not given any ETA for the drop off on the day normally most deliveries we inform you 1 hour before that we will be delivering but i had confirm with you on the day that the job will be done later on in the day as we were waiting for the part!

I do apologise and thank you for your feedback we will raise this internally and try to work on our communication system .
