Simon phoned several times before appointment advising arrival. Unfortunately I could not be present so he told my partner what errors were present and advised he would call to discuss with me. I contacted him that evening after he did not call back and was told he knocked off at 3.30 and was with family (fair enough, it was a Sunday). He went above and beyond texting what the problem was after hours, but did not give quotes or advise who could repair, except that 'they' could and he would confirm availability the next day (Monday). Sadly, despite text reminders Simon went incommunicado and stopped responding. We ended up booking with a main dealer. Read more

Sorry we didn’t respond in a reasonable timeframe but sometimes texts can go unread and missed in busy periods and we always request customers call the office number or send an email as this will be accepted by our a1 system and we would have happily responded.
