communication was fine but i didn't receive any failure documentation just a quote for the extra work and when i called him he just said he was only picking up and dropping off the car i would like to know what is going on please

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the feedback. I feel a need to respond to this by section as it's a very unfair review.
Your appointment was between 9:30 and 11:30 your car was picked up at 9:55 which is perfect timing, you were also update through message of this the night before and on route, unsure why that deserves 3 star, please tell me how I could have done that better for you to learn for next time.
The car was booked for an MOT test which was done on time and car returned back clean as received. Unfortunately I didn't get to see you when collecting or returning the car as this was your request to do it without you there and drop the key through your letterbox on return.
You called wondering the reason of the failure as you said that you changed the brakes three months ago and I said that it's the MOT persons job to decide I'm just the mechanic to get the car there and back and fix for the test, the results of the MOT test is always updated online and updated by click mechanic which is sent to you immediately which I presumed you had received for then you were able to call and ask me why the brakes.....
The MOT paperwork was also left in the car on return.
Thank you very much for your feedback but next time if you can elaborate on how we can be better and to be more fair with your star rating as it does affect the very hard work that we do. Read more
