Edward did a pre-purchase inspection on a van. He was very professional, friendly and generous with his explanations in layman's terms. His report was clear, easy to understand and called to speak through over the phone and answer my questions. He flagged some important and potentially costly faults, including electronic system diagnostic. I ultimately decided to not purchase the van but learnt a lot through the experience and felt value for money for level of service and the information to make an informed decision regarding large purchase.
