Mohammed was brilliant, we spoke at length both before and after the inspection.He was also extra accommodating, and made the inspection early after i’d made an error during the booking process. I would definitely use again.

Mohammed was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, honest and most of all friendly individual who would answer every question without any hesitation.

Mohamed was slightly later than booked but this was due to it being a bank holiday and waiting on parts shop to open, the fact was he kept me up to date all through the process and as soon as he had the parts gave me an ETA and was then on time was amazing.

I called Mohammed a day before the inspection and he set my mind at ease.
I called during the inspection and Mohammed highlighted some of the issues that he had encountered , which would be in his report.
The report was thorough, although the photographs were disappointing - I expected photographs of the issues and got generic photos of the car from various angles (no use to me at all).
Overall I am happy with the service provided and the price I was charged for the Premium inspection.

Mohammed was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered a lot of useful advice. It’s easy to tell he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work, which made the whole experience better.
