Mohammed was excellent. He called and gave me notice in advance of when he was due to arrive, then arrived slightly early and cracked on with the repairs required without hesitation or any issues. He even noticed (and showed me) that the brake discs were really worn, so went out of his way to drive to a nearby local car parts shop just before it closed to buy and fit the correct discs for my car. During the service he also picked up on a couple of potential future issues, and has already booked in with me to have these fixed next week. He was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly explained how the parts worked and the future issues that might arise if they're not fixed. Mohammed was friendly and informative of what he was going to do and what needed doing. Anything we didn't understand he explained so we did understand without any attitude you get in most garages.

Mohammed was great. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way to the vehicle and then called again after he had finished to run through his findings. He also promptly sent me a quote for remedial work to be carried out and said he was happy to discuss further if needed later on. He was also very helpful and friendly throughout.

I am very happy with the repair that was done to my car. I initially booked a repair for my Brake pads and discs. This came to around £230. When I had my service done at a Honda dealership, they suggested that I replace the Brake pads and discs for the front wheels. They were charging me around £360. It was already cheaper to book it with Click Mechanic for the same repair. When the mechanic came, he was very professional, had new parts ready and ready to do the repair. When he saw my discs, he said they don't need to be changed as there isn't anything wrong with it. He offered to just change the brake pads and refund the amount for the discs. I was very impressed with what he was saying. Normally people don't try to save you money on things you don't need. In total I ended up saving another £140 and only had to pay £90. Read more
