The man did exactly what I wanted him to do …. gave me peace of mind that, unlike ‘last-time’, the car didn’t have hidden serious issues that a non-mechanic like me would never spot or appreciate the significance of. The car is for my son (new driver) so I want it 100% safe. I never met the man but we spoke on the phone and he explained everything as well as answering all my questions and provided an excellent easy to follow report. If sadly his report had been negative, dodging a bullet would have been good too; as it goes the defects identified will be addressed before completion and those not I am now aware of as advisories to keep a eye on!.
