Communication was amazing from them. Managed to get it done in a short notice time frame and bring it back for when I needed it. Overall amazing people, will be using these again!

The work was complete correctly but it took 3 days longer than expected. Poor communication, I had to chase them constantly for updates.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work complete by United Traders. I had a big job booked in with them and was very happy with the communication I received with phone calls and texts, they ended up keeping the car for 2 nights due to the work and availability of drivers to come and drop the car back.

Upon receiving the vehicle I was happy overall with the work, however, a couple of minor things I would've liked to have been addressed were not. The TPMS warning light was on stating that 2 of the tyres were low, so I pumped all 4 tyres up and they were 5psi low for all tyres. The service light had not been reset, I understand that it's not always possible to do this with the diagnostic tools and I managed to manually reset it from looking it up online. Final thing was that the coolant level was around half a litre low, luckily I had noticed this and topped it up to the correct level, I did have the coolant fluid changed and understand that after driving it can lower so I am hoping that all will be fine as I continue using the car.

The work was completed on time and to and to a good standard. Communication was good and staff punctual and polite. Good value for money. One star taken off for oily footprints left on the drivers floor mat and handprints not wiped off the car on completion. Not the end of the world but the mat will need a fair bit of unnecessary extra cleaning. Could have been avoided with a paper mat.
