The work was completed on time and to and to a good standard. Communication was good and staff punctual and polite. Good value for money. One star taken off for oily footprints left on the drivers floor mat and handprints not wiped off the car on completion. Not the end of the world but the mat will need a fair bit of unnecessary extra cleaning. Could have been avoided with a paper mat.
