You booked an inspection, not a repair. I carried out the full diagnostic: checked the fuses, the steering column controls, tested the washer pump and wiring, and confirmed the pump is faulty. I disassembled the pump as part of the inspection to verify the fault. An inspection is to identify the issue, not to fix it on the same day. It was a Sunday, so parts cannot be secured the same day for this type of fault. A quotation for the repair was sent to you through the work.
