I am very disappointed with this report
I have used click mechanic for every vehicle I have purchased for over 10 years and the service has been 2nd to none so I keep using CM and recommending them to everyone
I know thinking of buying a new vehicle
After this service i think I will be using another company going forward and warning people to be careful 😢

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the inspection did not meet your expectations. The vehicle was assessed and scored in accordance with its age, mileage and condition at the time of inspection. The report noted the stiff gearshift and brake wear, both of which are common maintenance considerations on a commercial vehicle of this age and mileage. The air conditioning was operating and blowing cool air during the inspection; while it may not have been performing at its optimum level, no major fault could be confirmed during the visit.
The rear doors operated normally during the inspection, and no defect preventing their opening or closing was identified at that time.
All photographs taken during the inspection, including those showing the bodywork, were uploaded from my side as part of the report process. Unfortunately, the inclusion of those images in the final customer report is handled separately and is outside my control.
I appreciate your comments regarding communication and will continue to ensure that my findings and scoring are explained as clearly as possible so that customers can make an informed decision about a vehicle’s condition.
