Never met Dean did not have to he went to garage I am considering buying car from. Did the inspection I asked for. Included me contacting him to pay extra special attention to 1 item on the car. This he did. Sent 1 email after recieving report asking him to expand on a comment on the report . This he did. I would highly recommend that because car buying is such are rare thing for Joe public to do. They should get a unbiased report. Many thanks Dean .

Dean was running late but was courteous enough to call and tell us he would be. There are so many roadworks in our local area I would have been amazed if he had arrived on time.

He carried out the work very swiftly (new battery supplied and fitted).

Dean was great turned up on time and dropped it back on time , very happy with the standard of work.

Dean was very professional, helpful, and courteous. keeping me fully informed of the situation. He found the problem but was unable to rectify it at the time. The part required could not be obtained quick enough to continue our homeward journey.
