Really helpful phone call post vehicle inspection to explain the issues identified. Very reassuring to have expert insight into the state of the vehicle. It gave me the confidence to proceed to the purchase. I appreciated Tom paying specific attention to the things I wanted addressed in the survey. A very positive experience all round.

I was very happy with the work that Tom did. He turned up on time, listened to the explanation of what was wrong and was able to replicate it. Then he explained what he thought it might be and did some further investigations. He was able to identify the cause of the problem, which was one of those things that is straightforward for someone with a lot of experience, but not obvious at al. His explanations were very clear and he was friendly and personable - I would happily use him again.
