Cameron is a very good communicator, very pleasant to talk to, sounds professional in conversation and is good on the phone, and acts professionally. Cameron was responsive courteous and polite at all times.

The quote for the work was inaccurate, Partially my fault because I requested mid range - semi premium parts. Therefore your mechanics are quoting for the cheapest parts when generating their quote. incomplete and approximately £100 pounds less than the work completed. If the mechanics understand the task of replacing a water pump they should quote for the full comprehensive price or replacing the water pump including any peripheral parts and additional labour required for the peripheral parts. They did not the price increased from the agreed price .

The car was collected reasonably on time and
eventually
returned on time.

At the completion of work Cameron called me to state the work was complete and the full increased invoice amount had now been taken . Shortly after he called again to state that on final inspection the vehicle had cut out and that there was a "Master Valve " related fault .

I have cornary artery disease and the news was a great surprise because

The list is comprehensive and details EVERY POSSIBLE ITEM that might need attention over the next couple of years
Vauxhall has NOT reported any issues re cut-out or master valve whatever's
The vehicle had been returned home to me from Vauxhall because it required the water pump fitted by Cameron
Zero miles on the clock since Vauxhall FULL service and ZERO issues re master valves or any other flippling valves on the system

I advised Cameron as above and he went away to review the issue
15 minutes later he called to confimr there was no cut out and no master valve fault

The car has driven very well with its new water pump and full service completed

Today Cameron explained that the issue had been caused by a bad connection to a pipe made during the water pump refit.

I'm no mechanic ...but should a water pipe cause an engine cutout ??? with master valve failures /

Cameron was fantastic from the initial call, collecting my car, working on the car with regular updates and what he has done and what needs to be done. Brilliant work and customer service from start to finish.

Cameron was friendly and keen to help fix the problem of what was needed for my car. He went out of his way to make sure that the correct part was needed for the car and communication was very good, would book again or recommended to anyone else.
