Great service, diagnosed issue in minutes that other mechanics in workshops couldn’t diagnose or misdiagnosed, highly recommend

I rarely leave reviews but am so grateful to Nicos for helping me out when a local garage let me down last minute, ahead of a long drive to France. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car serviced in time, was punctual and meticulous and reassuring. The whole clickmechanic experience of having the service come to me was also brilliant - no wasted time for me. Can’t recommend highly enough, thank you Nicos!

Nicos was excellent. He was very thorough and professional. At every stage he explained what he was doing and why. The problem with my Volkswagen Golf was quickly identified. The quotation for the work required was fair and he is coming back to carry out the work next week.

Booked a diagnostic for an engine running fault. The inspection didn't identify a cause - the conclusion was unspecified internal damage with no supporting evidence - and I later found a disconnected air pipe myself that matched the symptoms and wasn't mentioned in the report. Refund request was refused. Based on this experience, ClickMechanic needs to vet the mechanics on its platform more thoroughly. Can't recommend.

This is the second time that Nicos has attended a fault on my car in recent weeks and on both occasions Nicos was very friendly, polite and professional.

He checked my vehicle and was able to fix the fault and made several other recommendations, which I will arrange to be sorted at the car's next service, in October.

All through Nicos visit, he explained everything to me in language that I could understand, which I really appreciated, as I do not usually get this assistance when visiting a main garage, until after the vehicle has been looked at.
