Unfortunately mechanic was almost an hour late after the slot booked for which I paid extra. Since he called me to let me know about the delay, I did request to cancel as the showroom I was buying from told me they would not hold the vehicle any longer than discussed mechanic time slot. Mechanic turned up late even when I told him that it will be of no use to me if you visit late, he still went and did the checks which was a waste as even though they gave him access to the car, later denied me purchase as I was late in putting the deposit down and waited after the discussed slot. Just a wasted report for me.

They arrived late and didn't let me know until about 15 mins before arriving. Other than punctuality and lack of communication, the work was fine.

First time using this local garage, needed new discs and pads fitted. Work was carried out at my home and was completed within a hour, very friendly and polite staff,and very pleased with the results. Recommend using, price was great too!

Aisha rang me and arranged to collect my car very early which I was pleased about. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, he said he would not get my car back until the following day, which baffled me because the job is only average 3 to 4 hours. I messaged him later on for a progress report and advised him I will need my car the next day mid morning, he replied he will get the car back to me ASAP. We got the car back 23 hours after he collected it
