BMW 1 Series Starter motor replacement

Marcus was great my bmw needed a new starter motor he came and jumped straight in the job he was friendly and got the job done in good time would definitely use him for future work and recommend him to others.

Ford Transit Brake discs and pads replacement - front (both)

Clearly didnt know what they were doing as the job wasnt done properly, just got it back from the garage with a 700 quid bill, 300 quid for new wheel bearings he broke trying to break the old ones off, he hadn't took all the bolts off and tried to break it off resulting in a huge garage bill for me to pick up, furious

That was not the attitude you presented on the day.
I clearly told you and showed you the faults that were underlying with the vehicle, and to change the brakes the wheel bearings had to come off, I stopped working on the vehicle when that situation was not able to be completed. I however replaced the brake pads and we discussed that at length.
I told you to your face that to replace the brake discs you need to remove the wheel bearings and because they will not come out of the hubs, that to prevent the vehicle being immobilized to take that to a garage and have them extract them and you're more than likely going to need new wheel bearings anyway, I did not design the vehicle in this fashion.
I have done these types of vehicles before and understand the difficulties that can be faced with a job like this, I appreciate you are not too happy with the overall outcome of the work but i did explain this at full length.
I did give you the option of putting the vehicle back together as it was presented to me, and you stated to simply put the pads on. I went ahead and did that work, I appreciate the review and will take the criticism onboard for future work and i can only apologise that your experience was not the outcome you were hoping for, But i did keep my self professional and tried to prevent further issues occuring as best as i could.

Renault Clio Alternator replacement
Took 1 hour and 45minutes total for a replacement alternator in total time. so small additional labour charge is added to the invoice to cover the costings.

Phoned me up just before to introduce himself and to get a bit more information on my car and was able to come out on the same day late at night to help replace the alternator in my car!! Absolutely amazing especially for coming out so late. Car now finally up and running again all thanks to Marcus😁🤩

Jaguar XF Alternator replacement
Alternator change, customer advised to charge battery you stop a potential breakdown call out. Job took a little longer due to location of alternator.
