Very friendly and polite
Always difficult to know exactly if everything was done in the full service. You have to have trust and some of his reviews were not complimentary. My car still doesn’t start on the first turn of the key- only on the second- which. I am disappointed about following the full service. Normally it would start straight away

The communication was poor, no phone call to say he was going to do the works earlier than scheduled and didn’t even call me after to let me know how it went. I had to find a way to contact him as I didn’t have his number an was too stressful. I hope next time I have a mechanic that communicates and let’s me know if they are going to arrive early etc

We asked you if it’s possible to go for inspection bit easrly and you agreed and after the inspection as well I explained you about car on 3 to 4 phone calls you asked us all the question and we gave answers to all of your questions regards the car .

Avoid at all costs, came in a Toyota Yaris,
Spoke very poor English, I asked for a full major service on my performance car, they did not change the spark plugs, I asked at the end of the service to show me the old ones and they showed me some presuming from a previous job! They proceeded to put oil in not from the standard click mechanics stated it would be, the checks were not completed they didn’t do anything on the checklist and still ticked it as complete, the listing said they had 17 years experience and the 2 blokes who came were very inexperienced and one was just training
