He arrived 40 minutes late and accidentally locked himself in his van for half an hour during the inspection. So when I paid for a 2 hour inspection, instead i got a rushed 50 minute inspection (and no real apology for the delays). Also he wasn't working from a visible checklist so I have no way of knowing whether all 118 points were being addressed. He assured me that he was checking numerous things at once but as someone with very little knowledge of cars and who paid quite a bit for the inspection, I would have liked to have seen what was being checked for that peace of mind.
