An hour later than expected but that did not inconvenience me. Communications fine really but slight language issue, mechanic Roumanian and English very good but not perfect.

I was very very underwhelmed by the comprehensiveness of the PPI report. I have had a number of these reports carried out by other organisations in the past and have been impressed. The report that I received from Danny was very uncomprehensive and did not provide me with any confidence that he had conducted a thorough review. In fact, the car dealer stated that Danny didn't even have a pen. Some of his findings (air suspension) were also incorrect as I easily got the suspension to operation.

I was disappointed and will most definitely not be recommending Click Mechanic I'm afraid. Disappointing as I was also considering using you for repairs to my other vehicle (which I now no longer have).

Hopefully you can improve things.

The car is fixed. That's the good news. Unfortunately, the experience was poor. The mechanic accepted the job without having the part. He then called me to tell me that he definitely wouldn't make the time at which I wanted the job done. We spoke maybe 5 times (I mostly had to call him) and he was impossible to understand when he choose to communicate.

Eventually they arrived at 4pm and completed the job.

They were very unprofessional. A real shame as I'd love to back this service. It serves a real pain point.
