Rob knows his stuff, got his van close by for ease of use and straight on with the task. His professionalism shone through by the fact he'd travelled from Leicestershire to do work in high winds, Rain and added chill all morning/afternoon. When complete as I had mentioned VW suggested changing my front pads, he measured the wear and prepaid a quote.
