He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to properly assess the issue and didn’t jump straight to the most expensive fix, which I appreciated. Once confirmed, the work was done efficiently and the car is now running perfectly. Very happy with the service and would use him again.

Rob knows his stuff, got his van close by for ease of use and straight on with the task. His professionalism shone through by the fact he'd travelled from Leicestershire to do work in high winds, Rain and added chill all morning/afternoon. When complete as I had mentioned VW suggested changing my front pads, he measured the wear and prepaid a quote.
