Bakry was very polite and patient, kept me updated consantly. He was very informative about replacing the timming chain on my Mercedes, he even showed me the new replacement in the box he also fixed an oil leak which i wasnt aware of he replaced oil and filter, and when he was satisfied he took the car for a test drive. He was very meticulous to the end which was a happy ending. My knight in shinning armour -he got my car back on the road from outside my home. I am truely blessed to have him fixing my car as I am a carer and would be lost without my vehicle. I would highly recommend this was excellent service. Thanks Bakry Read more

He was efficient and personable and arrived promptly with the serpentine belt for fitting.

Part was not available straight but it was clearly communicated and offered solution.
Quick and good job very satisfied

I am very pleased and grateful because he arrived early due to his workload and completed his task with great care. Thank you.

Very happy with the service. He sent videos of each bit of the work, even every filter going in! Thank you so much

Bakary called me a couple of hours before he was due to say where he was & that he would call about 15/20 mins before to say on his way, which he did. Turned out it was just a flat battery, but he double checked everything & made sure all running properly before he left. Very friendly & helpful despite the temperature breaking all records!

Very helpful and friendly. Yes I am very happy is a temporary fix but he also took his time to explain what exactly the problem was. Excellent guy.

Bacary was very helpful, very clear in his explanation and was able to identify and help sort out the problem extremely quickly
