Renato was very punctual and responsive to messages. Within 5 minutes of looking at the car he identified both faults, one of which my local dealer that had carried out the MOT and service wanted an extra £100 to see where a leak was coming from. I cannot rate the quality of his work enough.

Had to cancel my first appointment due to the snow but came the following day and arrived earlier than he said which was a bonus and he started straight away. After about 1 hour of working he came to me a told me that the car had crash damage and because of this he couldn't fit the inner bumper back on. I was a little concerned as the Inner number is what held the actual bumper to the car but he said it would be fine.

I had to pop out while he was doing the jobs but he said that was fine as I didn't need to be there anymore. When I got back he has left so I took a look under the bonnet and noticed that he was holding the bumper to the car with cable ties and the bumper was pushed into the fan on the rad. I asked my parents who had been there if he had test drove the vehicle and they said he hadn't as I wasnt there to give him permission even though he said I did not need to be there.

The following day I took the bumper back off as his was of cable ties was not secure and the bumper had been scrapping the road as I drove along as it was sitting to low. I notice straight away that the reason the inner bumper could not be refitted was because the rad wasnt fitted correctly. Once I fitted the rad correctly myself the inner bumper went straight back on and the actual bumper was held back together on the car perfectly again

Very punctual very tidy. Great job. I was at work when Renato called round and my wife was in to give him the key. She left for work shortly after his arrival. He got on with the job .

He let me know that he couldn't get to me because of the snow, then gave me a reschdule 24 hours later. Turned up, let me know he was by the car and had the job done and gone in less than 15 minutes, took my old battery away as well. First time I've used these, would use them again.
