Second time with this mechanic and won't be my last. He comes as a pair, is punctual, efficient and quick. Carried out a full service, showed my what he had done and what he had replaced then offered to dispose of the old parts. Would be better if we had a tick off sheet to show what was done though, but that's the only improvement. He didn't try to upsell anything and was honest about next job timescales. Definitely a great service.

Renata was on time, even dropped me a message before to let me know he's on his way. Explained the work and how long it would take beforehand. He and his colleague worked fast having the work completed in less than the estimated time which I was very happy about. Showed me all the parts that were replaced in the engine and the parts that had been removed, he was happy to dispose of the old parts on my behalf. Overall happy with the service and cost.
