picked up and delivered back the car on time, will definitely use Matt again ..

Jack was great, very helpful and friendly. Very professional. I had had to wait since Sunday for the tyre, but he was very apologetic and took the tyre off and came back and fitted the new one within an hour!

Matthew picked up my car and dropped it back off once the job was done, making the whole process completely hassle-free. He kept me updated at every stage of the MOT, service and inspection, explaining what had been done and highlighting anything I should keep an eye on before my next service. Excellent service from start to finish and I’ll definitely be choosing him again next time. Highly recommended!

Was told that my car would be back in a couple of hours, I sent an enquiry as to where it was, there was no courtesy phone call as to what was happening (told wrong brake discs) car arrived very late that day, had to cancel appointment that night.

Matthew was excellent. It was late in the evening on a Friday and he still got to me and stayed to sort out my van issue.
Diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it within an hour. Would highly recommend.

Great service from the mechanic. He was professional, friendly and took the time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. The report was clear and helpful, and I really appreciate his help.

The only small issue was that I had to wait a little longer than expected to receive the written report, but once received, it was very useful.
