The positive from this is that my car was picked up in the time frame and dropped off quickly after.

Unfortunately on getting in, the steering wheel was filthy from oil/dirt.
On starting, the service light had not been reset. When I drove to the garage to resolve the matter, although staff were apologetic, two mechanics were in and out of my car with oil covered hands/gloves. One even let the door swing open and hit a metal fence despite me telling him to watch the door.

I will not be returning.

Muhammad was very efficient and did a great job. Good communication letting me know when he would arrive and when he reached me. I had asked for brake pads to be replaced, but wasn't 100% sure that was the issue. Muhammad, showed me the pads before doing the work and then showed pictures of the work in progress which was very reassuring. Work was done promptly and the brakes are now working perfectly. Highly recommend and will use again.
