I was disappointed that my car was not returned when expected as there had been issues with the service. However when it was returned the work had been done to a high standard. Their communication could have been better.

Car was supposed to be collected between 8.00am and 10.00am ... at 10.30am got a phone call to say job could be done on my drive-way and mechanic was on his way. When he arrived, job was done and dusted inside 30 minutes, with brief explanation as it was obvious what he was doing.

Very helpful and informative. I would recommend to friends and family. There was an issue with my car overheating due to an issue with the thermostat and coolant pipe.
