Jack went through all the engine faults and gave me the issues. He was courteous, prompt and explained everything as he was going on.

Jack called ahead of the agreed time slot to confirm the job and to confirm a more precise time of arrival. Boys arrived ahead of approx time and commenced work immediately. Fixed the brakes within the hour and checked the brakes before leaving and also checked we had contact details in case of any difficulties.
