Vlad was polite. Rang ahead of scheduled time as he was in the area to ask if he could come 15 mins earlier, not a problem.

Mechanic was on time, produced a through report, and had no issues. The report produced provided strong reassurance.

Car was misdiagnosed and a large fault was undiscovered. Front passenger side spring in half which should’ve been found at the diagnostic .
