Dominic was the best mechanic I have ever dealt with as mechanic go and was so helpful and very helpful in telling me what he was doing and with after care with my car would very much recommend to anyone that needed there car and very good price as well thanks

Dominic fitted the new wing mirror correctly, however he said that the man in the stores said that we would need an indicator bulb and Perspex cover as well, but he decided not to bring them. We did need the indicator bulb and cover and feel disappointed that he did not bring them and that he should have fitted them.

Dominic and his mate done a brilliant job really happy with job done would definitely use them again

Arrange for somebody to come out and replace my intercooler

Ever since the job was done I've been plagued with multiple other issues I've had to track down myself and the resolution center that's supposed to help you get to an agreement gets you nowhere.

Firstly they forgot to tighten up the main outlet for the intercooler so as soon as I drove it down the road for 100 meters the pipe blew off

When they charge me for topping up the radiator water that they'd already emptied some of but they charged me for my own water from my house

Then on the same day I had to pull over and top up the water because it wasn't actually topped up properly.

Then ever since the job was completed my air conditioning hasn't worked and today I've been on my hands and knees for an hour searching for the fault and found they hadn't connected a cable at the side of the intercooler.

I'm so disappointed with this service

I'm still in a dispute with the engineer who won't admit any fault and said that I caused the issues.

I'm happy to pay for the materials but I'm requesting a refund due to poor workmanship but getting nowhere fast.

Also as soon as I signed up for the service for the agreed price the engineer tried to put the price up and said the job wasn't worth doing even though he'd already agreed to.the work.

I had to convince them by showing them how easy it was with the YouTube video


On the first visit he turned up with an intercooler from a Mini. And I have an Volvo XC90




I'm happy to be contacted by click mechanic to resolve this properly but in the meantime I'm going to explore other avenues to get my money back. Read more

Dominic was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and effectively and replaced by broken part quickly. He was 30 minutes late but responded quickly when I chased. It's a shame that the system doesn't provide updates on ETA. I was more concerned that he wasn't going to show rather than being late.
