Happy to leave feedback but don't like being told to 'leave more' its like someone begging for appreciation

Always fantastic. More than happy with the work.
They managed to do repairs the day after my car failed it’s mot. ( fri to carry out work on Sat) Very quick service, I was expecting to be told I would have to choose a different day.

Mechanic was punctual friendly and done a great job at the quoted price

Shocking experience. Firstly the first mechanic cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. I had to chase click mechanic fopr a replacement.

I gave click mechanic clear written instructions that only stipukated failure per the MOT report may be attended to. I was overcharged by over £150 for new ball and socket joints, which MOT report stipulated the dust covers to be replaced only, and furthermore not authorised for payment. Furthermore this amount was deducted from me debit card and a recurring payment set up! This is fraud and needs to be stopped. My bank are investigating the unauthorised deduction and sadly I will never trust Click mechanic nor their associates. BE WARNED. Read more

Work was completed on time despite their heavy workload. Mechanics were polite and friendly. However, there was an issue with a missing tick on their checklist after the car was returned to me. The mechanic came out again the following day (a Sunday) to double check his work to ensure it was completed correctly. Even though this can be seen as a negative, the fact that they were willing to double check their work before signing it off shows me their high level of integrity and professionalism and that is a big positive for me.

Job done, brakes all working again. Would have preferred they collect and deliver, or at least run me home after I took car to them.

Dan kept me informed throughout the day, he told me when my car was being collected, what work had been carried our and when it was being returned

Very good experience. Collected car and returned it fixed 2 hours later. No hassle.

Took quite a long time to find the fault, but I am happy with the result, and have booked to have it fixed next week.
