They eventually turned up but had the car all day. They have told me of other problems that need to be resolved. I still ended up hanging around waiting for the car to be returned. Won't be using the service again.

Hi sir
I am sorry to see that you aren’t happy with the service. The return time of the vehicle you choose was between 4 and 6 and in that time your vehicle was returned.
A full health check was carried out to your vehicle, and you did not want any of the work carried out.
Having a baby seat in the back of the vehicle and driving with broken springs, very dangerous.
As for the communication part you have deemed us to be inadequate, the office phoned you three times before they returned the vehicle back. Review is a bit unfair.
The morning got delayed by half an hour and we apologise for that.
