Florian was bang on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly, said he would get back with a quote within half an hour and it was only 20 minutes...so all good so far thanks.

When my brakes failed on my VW Golf I called Click Mechanic, who were recommended to me by a friend. Their mechanic Florian was really excellent. He arrived Thursday morning on time and quickly diagnosed the problem - a new ABS pump was needed, which is no cheap thing, but Florian gave me time to think about it, and then once I gave the go-ahead he had it ordered and fitted that evening, and I had the car back within 24 hours, before 9am Friday morning, and the car is driving and braking perfectly. Click Mechanic were also very understanding, and flexible on the whole thing. Thankyou!

Florian was really friendly but unfortunately he couldn't solve the problem at the scene, as it was a bigger job than the expected, he would have to take the car away to repair it, but at least he diagnosed car and was able to tell me what was wrong with it, i then made a decision to take to my local garage.

Work was carried out very well and l was kept informed all the way. Work was done in a timely manner.

Happy with work . I was told starter motor needed doing but when he got here he said it looked ok but changed it anyway because I paid for it. My car still not working and don't know what is wrong
