Florian was very impressive - found parts required at short notice and turned car around really quickly

Florian diagnosed the issue correctly and efficiently but he was in a hurry and rush. However, the quotation he provided for the additional work was way over priced. I checked the parts with dealership and they quoted me lesser price than what Florian quited. Therefore, I took my E220 to Mercedes dealership Chelsea and got the issue fixed is half the cost, what Florian had quoted me. Not going to book him again.

Florian was helpful and friendly, diagnosed the issue and offered to sort it without taking our car to the garage.

Florian was excellent as I originally booked the wrong service and he came back later that day with the new parts and finished the job.

It did not take a long time for Florian to diagnose the issue with the car.
The damage was serious and repair would be costly.
So Florian and I agreed to have the car collected and then scraped by Florian free of charge.
I will shortly send him the car's logbook reference number for scrapping paperwork.

Florian and his assistant are quite friendly and knowledgeable and im happy with the work they carried out.
