I was very happy with communications with the mechanic and that they carried out the work so quickly after I first made the booking. It made things very easy that my car was collected and returned as well.

Had my car booked in for a major service and MOT. On the day of my vehicle booking i was informed my vehicle would be collected between 8 - 10 however this did not happen. I called the garage who explained there seemed to be an issue and the job hadnt transferred from the clickmechanic system to theirs. The car was then collected within about 10 minutes of this call. I wasnt present when the work was carried out but as far as i can tell from the paperwork i was sent it appears that a thorough job has been done and most importantly the car passed its MOT, so despite the initial issue regarding the vehicle collection was very pleased with the overall work done.
