Marin also was friendly and communicated well. He informed me of arrival time and kept to it.
Seemed knowleggeable and was thorough and careful. Went over the time for diagnostic which was under stable given what was required. I volunteered to pay home some extra to compensate. Overall good.

Very nice mechanic , but poor English. I asked for Invoice for new brake pads and ai still not got so I don’t know if they are new. And the job took one hour so I think I overpaid almost £180 for an hour job.

ClickMechanic sends the email with the receipt to you because I'm not registered with VAT, and you won't pay any more than what was agreed upon. The brake pads were replaced, and you have a 12-month warranty. If you prefer, I can come and show you; I'd be happy to do that. I apologize again for the inconvenience.

Marinaldo was punctual and quick to respond. He was helpful and tried to offer solutions. However, due to limited english it was difficult to understand the results of his investigation and the diagnostic equipment seemed quite basic.
