Shahid was very knowledgeable, extremely quick and polite. He identified the problem that caused my starter motor to fail and ensured it wouldn't happen again with the new starter motor he installed. Definitely 5 out of 5 in my book.

Shahid's work was excellent; I couldn't have asked for better and he called to ask if he could come early, meaning I could get get on with my day with more time on my hands.
