Shahid called to say he could come earlier if wanted - which worked very well for me. He then turned up very promptly, did an excellent job and, even though it had some challenges, he did it within the two hours estimated. Only when the job was complete did I learn this was his first bumper change on this particular model of car. So it was not just knowledge but understanding he was showing in full.
He was throughout courteous, happy to have me watching (curiosity on my part) and quick to explain things. I could not have asked for a better experience using ClickMechanic for the first time.
