Shahid called prior to visit and decided I had a different problem which he then rectified.I am very pleased with the service.

Shahid was very helpful and friendly, and informative. I cannot recommend him and the whole click mechanic experience highly enough. After my battery finally died on Friday evening I was desperate to get a new battery fitted over the weekend. After trawling through and calling several larger companies and breakdown services - all of whom were unhelpful or not offering a weekend service - I came upon ClickMechanic who, from the moment I spoke to someone (I think it was Stuart) - they couldn't have been more helpful, endeavouring to find me a local mechanic - Shahid - who had to order a specific battery and fitted it late in the day with no problem at all.

Shahid was very friendly and professional during my interim service he went through everything with me in terms that I can understand and was honest to what was further required for my car, I would definitely like to have him come back for future work on my vehicle
