Charlie was very friendly and helpful, got everything sorted without hassle and made sure to let me know what else needed looking at in a constructive manner.

Booked 4–6pm on Good Friday, but Mohammad requested an earlier collection around 9am, which I agreed to. The car was not collected until around 10:30am, despite the agreed time.

I was informed before lunchtime that the MOT had passed and was initially promised the car back around 2pm, but this kept being delayed and it was only returned at 5:44pm.

A major service and MOT with no reported issues took around 7 hours, which was unexpected.

When the car was returned and parked, the handbrake was not applied, which is unsafe.

While I cannot comment on the quality of the mechanical work, punctuality was very poor. Agreed times were not respected. Read more

Work was completed, good communication, went above and beyond to get me back on the road same day, and it was a major repair, customer service was top notch, if I ever need a mechanic in this area I won't be looking anywhere else.
