James was brilliant i will say. worked quickly and simply did the job with good advice as well. i am waiting for the correct invoice as i was having all four breck pads changed but only required the rear done in the end.

The invoice needs to be changed for rear breck pad replacement only

I think your wedsite as not intuitive or easy to use. I can’t log in as it won’t recognise my email for some reason. There wasn’t much feedback or it was all very vague and confusing.
I really think you should have someone to take calls and just make your website easier and more helpful.
I’ve given a lesser rating as the wedsite is not good but I was very happy with the mechanic.
