Ross was very friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the whole experience.

He kept me informed on time changes and was prompt on the eventual arranged time.
He was happy to answer any questions I had and was happy for me to stick around throughout the fix. The mount was broken on my car, so he was more than happy to solve the problem and engineer a way to fix the replacement part on my car.

Ross was great - he had been able to come out earlier than expected and gave me a courtesy call to check I was around which was much appreciated.
He explained the checks that he was doing, and also spoke with me about things that I had tried to further work on the problem solving.
Whilst not able to fix the issue due to availability of parts etc, if he was able to be available to do the repair work I’d gladly have him complete it!
