Ben was very friendly and carried out the work efficiently. Nothing is ever an easy job on a smart car but I’m very happy with the work carried out. Definitely recommended as the service was excellent.

From the start of this I was very sceptical but needed a mechanic urgently. The car was picked up from the house and from the beginning Ben kept in touch with me of the progress of the repairs, sent photos and gave me a detailed breakdown of costs.
The car was returned and he took the time to explain the process and what the problem and been and what had been done to rectify.
Reasonable prices, cheaper than the main dealers that we used to use.

Great job by a great mechanic

I did not have the opportunity to meet my mechanic who's name was Ben. Due to the distance between me and the seller, Ben carried out a pre-purchase inspection on my behalf. His report was very thorough and detailed. Photographs were also sent to myself which was much appreciated. This inspection highlighted certain items that needed attention. This would not have been found by your average buyer. I can highly recommend Ben and the company ClickMechanic. They are reliable, polite and very professional.
